Pflueger Red Devil Spinner Antique Lure
The Pflueger Red Devil Spinner Antique Lure is another lure made by Pflueger of Akron Ohio that would evolve over time. The model before this would be a wrapped twine body where now was made of wood. The Red Devil Spinner was given a model series 2700 and was produced from 1925 – 1941 in this configuration. In this form it’s wooden body measured 3 1/8″ in length, and had a single forward spinner attached to the inline rig. The lure had a forward metal weight i between its wooden body and the floppy single luminous propeller. The lure features a single trailing treble that was adorn with a feathered buck-tail.
