Heddon Craw Shrimp Lure
The Heddon Craw Shrimp Lure was a short lived antique fishing lure. The plastic or spook lure made by Heddon of Dowagiac Michigan was first introduced in 1969. This classic fishing lure was given a model series 375. It was present in the 1969 and 1970 catalog and then quietly disappeared until 1973 for one last year. Made in one dozen different finishes, the Craw Shrimp measured 2 7/8″ in length and topped the scales at 1/2 oz. It used 2 standard treble hooks to secure its catch, these were attached to the body via screw eye hardware. Besides the pre-attached single placement leader the lure was stenciled in black on the belly making it easy to identify.
