The 1911 Hibbard, Spencer, Bartlett & Co Catalog Charmer Lure Ad reads The 1911 “The Charmer is made in two sections. Forward Section is stationary, while rearward section with the spiral stripes revolves in the water, blending the colors and creating a beautiful affect. Reward section has brash bushings throughout. A German Silver wire shaft extends lengthwise through the minnow. Hooks are attached in steel wire key ring loop and can be attached and detached without taking the minnow apart. The spinners are solid German Silver.”
