The “Widget” was specifically designed to crawl and wiggle along the surface of the water with the slightest movement of the rod, or in the barest perceptible current. To troll or fish deep holes, place one or more split shot a foot or so ahead of it. Designed primarily for steelhead and other large trout, also unexcelled for bass and panfish.
