Bill Crowder Flash Minnow
The Bill Crowder Flash Minnow was introduced in 1958. Bill Crowder lures being made in Newark, NJ all carried a similar motif and style. This solid metal antique fishing lure features a life like fish pattern compete with scales, eyes and even the ridge marks on the tail. This antique fishing lure measure 2 1/2″ in length. The lures forward line tie is a simple hole in the nose and underneath it extends a small diving lip. The Flash Minnow features two tufts of colored hair one on each side. The Crowder lure has a single trailing treble hook to secure its catch. Finding various colored heads making the Flash or Bill Crowder baits in general a fun lure to collect, that won break the bank.
