Keeling Surface Tom Lure

Keeling Surface Tom Lure

The Keeling Surface Tom Lure was first introduced in 1920. This wooden antique fishing lure was 3 1/4″ in length. The lure came with forward setting glass eyes, a line tie under the chin but atop the diving lip part of the sled.  The antique keeling lure is what I believe is called Yellow with Side Stripes color code 08. The antique fishing lure has two treble hooks one to the front attached to the patented sled the rear attached to the rear screw eye. The sled is Marked Keeling on the back of the front circle and the patent date on the rear.
